Shipping policy

I do my best to ship each piece within 7 days of purchase. Some pieces need extra curing time and if that is the case for yours, I will let you know when it is safe to ship without damaging said piece. All shipping prices are included in the price. Because these pieces are one of a kind and non-replicable, I do my best to assure they are handled with the utmost care and shipped as professionally as possible. If there is an issue with shipping Embers Glow Studio is not held responsible. All sales are final, and I will do my best to make every customer satisfied.
